What I see as a judge: the landings that foretell an injury
From the judges' table you see thousands of landings a year. Some patterns repeat themselves right before an injury. These are the signs.

A strengthening method designed by someone who knows the mat from the inside: gymnast, coach and national artistic gymnastics judge.
The problem
The ankle absorbs every landing, every dismount and every step of the routine. And almost nobody prepares it specifically for that load.
What proportion of gymnasts suffer at least one ankle sprain over the course of their athletic development.
Where the ankle sprain ranks among all injuries in artistic gymnastics.
How many weeks of training are lost when recovery is left incomplete.
These figures will be published together with their academic sources once validated against peer-reviewed literature. On a health website, an unsourced number is worth less than none.
The transformation
That is exactly what MetamorPhysis means: metamorphosis through physis — the body, nature, movement. We don't make gymnastics less demanding; we prepare the body to meet that demand.
Who's behind this
Daniela del Río grew up competing in Mexican artistic gymnastics — and today she is back in competitive training. She coaches new generations, scores them as a certified national judge, and is studying for her degree in physical therapy to translate that experience into the language of movement science. She knows injury from both sides: the mat and the clinic.
Flagship course
Designed on the mat, grounded in movement science. Assessment, mobility, strength, proprioception, sport loading and maintenance — in ten-minute daily sessions.
Our manifesto
For a long time we confused endurance with strength. Today we know they are not the same. Prevention doesn't mean training less: it means training with intention.
